Relic Gorgers & Gatherers will be revealed to you in Korthia once you have purchased an item from Archivist Roh-Suir in Keeper's Respite called "Research Report: All-Seeing Crystal" that gives you the Reliquary Sight buff, which allows you to easily see any mobs that will drop the Korthian Relics (used to gain reputation with the Archivist's Codex.

When you start attacking one of these creatures it will run really fast and escape in to a portal if you don't kill it quickly, so make sure you blast it lol

If you have a rare addon you can just input the ID's for both of them manually so that it will flag up like any normal rare would:
