Oasis and Blur pitch in for charity soccer match

British pop rivals Oasis and Blur put their differences aside this
week to take part in a charity soccer match. Cheered on by
thousands of teenage fans, Oasis' Liam Gallagher and Blur's Damon
Albarn battled it out on the soccer pitch instead of the charts.

The friendly game was played in the Mile End stadium in East
London. It was organised to raise 150,000 pounds ($225,000US)for
the Nordoff-Robbins music therapy charity.
