VLOG | Canon 6D Mark II - Tamanawas Falls Mt. Hood Oregon

Описание к видео VLOG | Canon 6D Mark II - Tamanawas Falls Mt. Hood Oregon

My buddy and I decided to do a day trip from Portland, OR up to Mt. Hood and hit a couple of spots along the way to film and photograph.

Camera used for the Instagram photos below and the video above is the Canon 6D Mark II and drone footage was a Phantom 4 Pro.

First stop was Rowena Crest where we had to get the iconic shot at the lookout point:

Then we continued along the path until we hit Tamanawas Falls just before Mt. Hood Oregon. It was super slippery and icy and we definitely should have brought some shoes with spikes. However, it was well worth it to get an awesome shot:

The lens I used for both the photos and videos is the Canon 16-35 F4

What did you guys think of the video/photos?

I'm honestly pretty impressed with the image quality of the 6D Mark II and I love the wide shots with the 16-35 f4.

I tested out the 16-35 F2.8 but in my opinion for YouTube and Instagram content creation, it wasn't worth the extra $1000 you pay.
