The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, January 11, hint that Lily Winters will find out more about Devon Hamilton's plan to buy back Hamilton-Winters. She will then try to stop him right away.

Lily has always thought that this merger was a good idea, so she will work with Jill on a new plan and hope that the partnership can be saved.

Even though Devon's plan won't work, Lily will think that this new plan will make them all winners.

Devon will, of course, think that Jill and Lily don't care about his final choice.

Devon will tell them that things are going to get worse quickly if they don't listen.

Still, Lily will explain this new idea and try to persuade Devon that it could be a different way to solve the problem.

Devon and Lily will fight, but in the end, Lily will give Devon some complicated paperwork to think about.
