Linux instance mount script

Create a Linux instance
Create an EBS volume and attach it the above instance. Copy the EBS volume name, for e.g.: /dev/sdb
Then connect to the instance using cloud shell
Then run the following commands:
cd /dev/
lsblk (list of devices. The new EBS volume will likely be listed as /dev/xvdf)
sudo mkfs -t ext4 /dev/sdb
sudo mkdir /mnt/volume1
sudo mount /dev/xvdb /mnt/volume1/
df -h
cd /mnt/volume1
ls -la (nothing here yet)
sudo touch test.txt
sudo vi test.txt
type 'i' to insert
Enter some text
Click 'esc' button, type "shift +:", type "wq!" and enter
Check the text in the test.txt, type the command "cat test.txt"
