100x NFT Crypto Potential - Axie Infinity Price Prediction and Review

Axie Infinity is a pokemon-inspired game built on the Ethereum blockchain. Where anyone can earn crypto token rewards through skilled gameplay. Your digital pets are axolotls that you can use to battle the AI or other players. Or you can breed them to create new offspring with interesting attributes. You can also purchase land and create homes and bases for your Axies. And lastly, you’re able to buy and sell NFT’s on the Axie Marketplace, a process that many people are using right now to create massive profits.

The next area I look at is the total addressable market cap of their sector. In Axie’s case it has the potential to snag a percentage of the total gaming Market Cap which is estimated to be 170 billion by the year 2025. Now, Axie Infinity is also NFT based game - so we’re also able to look at the NFT space which has a total addressable market cap of 18 billion.

The next area that I look at is the growth rate of the business. How successful have they been in attracting users to their product? There are many stores of crypto start-ups creating cool technology, but failing to actually gain users. So, in Axie Infinity’s case in the last 30-days, they’ve successfully grown their user count by 300%!

The next thing to look at is the Tokenomics of the project. I was happy to see that the total token supply is 270m (which isn’t a massive supply). I was also happy to see that their vesting schedule is gradual with no major cliff where early investors will receive their tokens and immediately sell to capture profits. Lastly, I dug into the hodler wallets of Axie and was pleased to see that there were no whales who own over 10% of the tokens. As if there were, there would be a risk of them offloading their tokens and creating a massive dip in the price at any moment.

I then took a look at their roadmap to see what the project has on the horizon, and was pleased to see several key milestones that could further pump the price. First, the Alpha stage launch of “land”, followed by the launch of their SDK development tool - which will allow players to develop their own NFT and experiences on the platform - creating a never ending ecosystem within Axie Infinity.

As we look at a price prediction, I annualized the total percentage increase of the project's token price which accounted for around 130% YTD. If that trend continues, AXS tokens will be worth more than $500 by the year 2025.
