Sound Solution Consultants Ltd carried out an industrial noise survey to determine the exact source of a noise which was the subject of a noise complaint by a resident, from the video dsiplayed you can see the point of various noise sources over a range of frequencies.

This video was taken by the Norsonic Acoustic Camera, it has an array of over 200 seperate microphones which are therefore able to give a pictorial image of the noise levels at a full range of frequencies, however the accuracy of the image reduces the further down the freqency spectrum you go.
