Ingredients for Kathal Bharta
refined oil :- 500gm
desi ghee :- 2 table spoon
haldi :- 1 table spoon
salt :- 1or2 table spoon
jeera :- (at least) 1 table spoon
corender powder :- 2 table spoon
green chili :- 1 pcs
onion :- 2 pcs
tomatoes :- 2 pcs
dahi :- 1 table spoon

How to make Kathal
1- take 500gm oil and pour it in a container. let heat up.
2- take kathal and pour them into hot oil inside the container.
3- heat kathal till it becomes a little brownish.
4- now take another container and pour 2 table spoon ghee and then let it heat up and spread everywhere.
5- put jeera in the container and then let it be of brownish color and then put the sliced peaces of onions and let then let it become of brownish color.
6-take two tomatoes and green chilly and put their slices into the container and let them heat up properly.
7- put haldi into it , salt 2 table spoon and corender powder 2 table spoon. then mix it properly to evenly distribute it and heat this solution fopr 10 minutes.
8- take a look at tadka and mix dahi into it. pls let heat up mfor 5 minutes.
9 mix the fried kathal into the solution made in the container and mix it properly and let it heat up for 5 minutes.
10 check your sabji and serve it to your family members.
