🇫🇷 Boulder Tour – Paris | Climbing District Buttes-Chaumont 🧗‍♂️

Today we’re in Paris, checking out one of the most unique bouldering gyms I’ve ever seen — Climbing District Buttes-Chaumont.
Yes, you read that right — this gym has a freaking escalator inside the climbing area.

I started my session with the craziest boulder I’ve ever tried… a problem that literally begins with a handstand.
It’s one of those routes that makes you stop mid-climb and question life, gravity, and your flexibility.
The route setter deserves a standing ovation — or in this case, a handstand ovation. 😂

Downstairs you’ve got the chill section — a long slab wall (which I didn’t dare to try because slab = pain),
a few boulders, and a gym zone. Upstairs is where the action happens — spray wall, overhangs, kids’ area, and the mighty handstand boulder.

The vibe? Super friendly staff, sunny chill zone with coffee, and positive energy all around.
Would I come back? 100%. Even if just to ride that escalator again and pretend I’m in a climbing mall.
