★ For White Batter 白色面浆 ★
35g Plain Flour 普面粉
30g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
20g Coconut Milk 椰奶
20g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
120ml Water 清水
Drops Of Alkaline Water 几滴碱水

*200g Shredded Coconut 白椰丝
*¼ tsp Salt 盐
