How do I do a pole dancing jade split? If you have a solid outside leg hang then you're probably looking to refine your jade split. Don't worry if you don't have a flat split. Keep working on stretching your splits but don't wait for them to be flat before trying out your jade split. Start with the jade split on static and then maybe take it to the spinning pole.
