ERRORS IN VIDEO:
1. Cleanup happens at the END of your turn, not the start of it.
2. When taking build actions, each player only gets one effort at taking one, but you can take as many as you can/want with that single effort. The player whose turn the dominance check triggered on starts. For example, I purchase the dominance check. I have one card with a build action on it. I go first and spend 9 rupees to buy three temporary blocks (this will cause my coalition to be dominant). Now I'm done. My opponent has two cards with build actions. She decides to use one of them to buy 3 temporary blocks (cost of 9 rupees) and uses the other to buy one more (cost of 3 rupees) for a total cost of 11 rupees. This keeps my coalition from being dominant. Now we are done with build actions since both of us went. We move on to resolve the check.
