🥣 Ingredients:
🔸 150–200 g mixed nuts
🔸 300 g rolled oats (old-fashioned)
🔸 60 g coconut oil
🔸 60 g maple syrup
🔸 30 g cane sugar (for that caramel touch)
🔸 A pinch of salt
🔸 A dash of cinnamon
🔸 Optional seeds: pumpkin, hemp, sesame

Bake at 130°C (265°F) for 25–30 min
Stir every 10 minutes for even baking

🔸 200–300 g salmon (salted & seasoned)
🔸 100 g broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

🥛 Cream mixture:
🔸 300 ml heavy cream
🔸 2 eggs
🔸 A pinch of salt

♨️ Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30 min
