Throughout April – June 2021, BDB Pitmans hosted a series of webinars on ‘Brexit: The new law – what you need to know’, which illustrates the new legal landscape after Brexit and draws attention to the main considerations to be aware of.

The fifth event in the series was ‘Public Procurement and State Aid After Brexit’.

In this webinar, David Mundy and Aaron Nelson, drew attention to changes to Public Procurement law post Brexit and considered the government’s direction of travel as suggested by the Green Paper. They also discussed the new subsidies regime which has replaced the EU law on State aid and what public authorities and others should be alive to when subsidy issues arise.

The session finishes up with Q&A from the audience.
