Touring Lake Oswego on a Boat - Moving to Lake Oswego!

Join me this week for a boat tour of Lake Oswego (yes the ACTUAL Lake!). I will be providing an overview of the geography, uses, characteristics and of course the real estate.

Located about 8 miles south of Portland, the 431 acre private Oswego Lake is the center piece for the town that surrounds it. It is home to just over 690 water front properties that are considered to be some of the most desirable properties in the Portland Metro area.

The lake itself is about 3 miles long and is fed by the Tualatin River. It is privately managed by the Lake Oswego Lake Corporation and open year round with the exception of when it's drained once every 2 years.
