Ok, yes, this is made with the same ingredients as the "Keto Cabbage Lasagna" recipe I made & shared Sunday. BUT, I still had some of the meat sauce & plenty of cabbages left, so I decided to create a "Cabbage Casserole Lasagna". I just thought I loved the lasagna, but I wanted to cut up the cabbage smaller AND I didn't want to cook it in the oven & make my house hot on an already hot day! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was & how tasty it was. (I am still thinking of even more cabbage recipes! I've never seen so many cabbages in my life as I have seen this year!!)

For those of you that can't eat cabbage because of digestive issues, I think you could probably substitute egg plant, or even zucchini or possibly even cauliflower. I love experimenting.

Not very exciting, but I think it tastes very good! Especially if I had made a salad & some garlic cheese bread. And trust me, next time I make this I will do just that!
