I'm attempting to clear yellow tannin water in the pond by oxidizing it with Potassium Permanganate.
For my pond, I'm using 1oz of PP to dilute for 2ppm concentration at 3700/3800 gallons.
I clarified it with hydrogen peroxide a few hours later.
Water parameters did not change the next morning, which is good, I did not kill my biological filtration.
Yellow water has not went away yet. Will continue testing.
