TRIP REPORT | Flying the (already) Old & Rare Cabin! | Mallorca to Manchester | Ryanair Boeing 737

Ryanair Trip Report flying from Palma de Mallorca to Manchester onboard one of the Ryanair Boeing 737 on a lovely summer morning.

A comfortable flight with Ryanair from Mallorca to Manchester. Many times I had seen on the airport screens of Palma flights to Manchester. In the end, it’s one of the busiest routes of Mallorca airport. So I was curious to experiment whow a trip with the British holidaymaker's feels. It can sound strange, but I really wanted to be inside one of those flights and bring it to the channel. So I did it, and here is the result.

The flight itself was very comfortable. Even though it was in one of the latest Boeing 737-800 equipped with the full old cabin (no Sky Interior and the old and big seats) I had 3 seats for myself, so the space was more than enough. Also, I would say that Ryanair increased somehow the legroom also in cabins with the old seats. I remembered the legroom smaller than what it was. What do you think about this?

Talking about the flight itself, we took off from runway 06R in Palma de Mallorca and quickly made a left turn over the island towards Barcelona. We flew over the Pyrenees, from which we had a very nice view, and crossed all France. We crossed the English Channel, flew over the London area, and started the descent to Manchester. I love the views over the UK. It’s always green! It reminds me a lot my hometown and its green landscapes.
