Welcome to another peaceful and beautiful day in our village life. Today’s video begins with baking our traditional Saj bread, a warm and delicious part of every rural morning. While I was shaping and baking the dough, we had a very special guest—my lovely grandmother, who came to visit us along with my uncle and his children.

After finishing the bread, grandma helped me start building the base of a clay oven (Tanur). With her years of experience in traditional rural life, she guided me step-by-step to prepare the foundation correctly so the oven will be strong for baking local bread in the coming days.

Later, for lunch, I cooked one of the most comforting winter foods of the Zagros region: Sholeh Mash 🌿
This traditional dish is made with local rice, mung beans, and homemade spices. With grandma’s presence and the cozy atmosphere of our small village, this meal became even more special.
