Ingredients:
🍮Agar agar: 20 grams
🍮Sugar: 600 grams
🍮Coconut milk: 3l
🍮Salt: 1 tsp
🍮 Food colouring/pandan essence: 3-4 drops

Instructions:
🍮In a large pot, combine the agar-agar, sugar, salt, food colouring or pandan essence and coconut milk. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.

🍮Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar and agar agar dissolve completely. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

🍮Remove the pot from the heat and pour the mixture into a shallow dish or mould and let it cool for at least 2-3 hours, or until it is completely chilled and set.
