#VolumetricDispensing from the dual-cartridge system ensures highly precise #dispensing, through optimal mixing and the ideal dispensing quantity - even for the smallest quantities in the µl range.


The #MaterialFeeding of separate components to the #DispensingUnit is solved with the #dual-cartridge system. In order to be able to guarantee an optimum #DispensingProcess, degassing is carried out after the cartridges have been changed. This guarantees a bubble-free material application. The temperature-controlled material lines ensure a perfect temperature and contribute to the optimum #dispensing result. The filling level of the material inside the cartridges is monitored by a level sensor. Monitoring of the presence of cartridges is ensured by a cartridge presence detection. Errors when changing the cartridge cannot occur, as the cartridge holding devices are adapted to the cartridges. The cartridges are quickly ready for use via a quick-release and changeover mechanism.


Before a sealant or adhesive is applied, the component is pretreated with plasma. This achieves far better adhesion properties of the adhesive. After #PlasmaSurfacePretreatment, a 2-component material is precisely dispensed onto the component with the 2C mini-dis. For our mini-dis device, we use integrated #EccentricScrewPumps with specially coating or #CeramicRotors. These are low-maintenance and resistant to aggressive fillers.
