Hope you have a wonderful week. I am going to cook Yaki Udon today for my husband's lunchbox. Sometimes, you don't want to eat rice for your lunch, let's try Yaki Udon. The recipe today is simple but yummy. It will not make you disappointed.

Recipes: for one
- Yaki Udon
① 30g carrot
150g cabbage
1 green onion
150g thinly pork
salt and pepper
fresh Udon (for 1)
② Sauce
salt and pepper
1tbsp dashi powder
2tbsp oyster sauce
a little garlic paste

Cut carrots into strips and heat in microwave into 2 mins. Roughly cut cabbage. Cut green onion into strips. Add salt and pepper to the pork. Boil Udon and remove water after boiling.
Heat the pan with oil. Stir fry meat with all vegetables. Add a little garlic paste, oyster sauce, dashi powder. After a while, add udon and the sauce ② in. If the taste is still weak, you can add more salt and pepper.
Make an sunny side up egg to put on Yakiudon. Decorate with bonito flakes and red pickled ginger.

- Spinach with chikuwa
2 chikuwa
40g spinach
1tsp Oil
1 tbsp Yakiniku sauce
a little sesame seed
Stir fry chikuwa spinach, then add the sauce. Sprinkle some sesame seed on the top.
