Welcome back to the NHL 21 Route 66 Franchise Mode Challenge! For our sixth stop on Route 66, we're moving to the Eastern USA! On this team are players from the states of Florida, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Alabama, North Carolina, & South Carolina. Headlining the team are names like Joe Pavelski, JT Miller, Phil Kessel, the Hughes brothers, & more! With not much depth scoring and weak goaltending, will the big names be able to carry the load and make a case for why the Eastern USA has the most talented players? Follow along to find out how Team Eastern USA fares in the NHL 21 Franchise Mode sim engine!

In this series, we will be going across the United States of America to put together a team composed entirely of players born in the particular state. Then, we we will see how well that team performs in the NHL and, eventually, against the other states when competing for the Cup of America!
