I changed the saddle, this is pretty easy. I changed also the handlebars, this was not so easy due to usb-c cables for charging but result is amazing...much better than the standard handlebars. Bar tape is Cinelli. Pedals are Shimano Ultegra.

I purchased also Wahoo Kickr Direct Connect and plugged it directly to my PC. But right now I have some issue with this set-up so for races I use standard Bluetooth. With this direct connect I have disconnects of Zwift controllers like every 15 minutes. Trying to find solution currently because the response of the trainer with direct connect is great.
