New Product Find! Maison Du Croissant Frozen Croissants ~ Noreen's Kitchen

I found these great frozen croissants in the freezer section of my Wal-Mart and was so excited to try them! These are Maison Du Croissant frozen croissants and they are all natural with minimal ingredients. All you have to do is place the frozen rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and let them "proof" for 8 hours or overnight and then brush with egg wash and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 25 minutes and voila'! Delicious, fresh and hot croissants right at home!

This is a really great product and I was excited to find them. These are very similar to the frozen rolls that we used to get in a bakery that I worked at in college. Many commercial bakeries use products like this to offer these specialties to their customers.

The holidays are here and this is a great option to have on hand so that you can bake them for guests who are visiting or just for your immediate family to enjoy! This also eliminates the need to make your own croissant dough! I love that, even though making it from scratch is delicious and wonderful, this time of year, I certainly don't have the time to do that very often, so this can be something I can have on hand to make whenever the moment strikes.

I hope you enjoyed my little demo and review for these awesome rolls! Look for them in your freezer section. I think that these may actually be the very same frozen croissants that are offered in the Williams Sonoma catalog for a much higher price. They are great quality and I would be happy to serve them. There were delicious!
