✌️ WHO THE HECK AM I?

Hey, I’m Braelyn 👋 I’ve got ADHD, a big heart for helping people, and a Notion system for just about everything.

I was diagnosed when I was 6, but for most of my life, I still felt scattered, behind, and overwhelmed trying to keep up. That started to shift when I found Notion in my 30s. I wasn’t trying to build a business… I just needed something that worked. And when I shared what I built, people wanted in.

Fast forward to now: I’ve helped thousands of ADHDers get out of chaos mode and into a rhythm that feels good. I design Notion tools and teach practical strategies that actually support your brain, not fight against it.

Before this, I was a content creator making cozy and chaotic videos for Sims and Animal Crossing (hi to my Twitch fam), and that creative energy is still a huge part of what I do, just with more clarity and a lot more systems.

Now I run Mynd, a space for ADHD minds to get organized, feel supported, and build lives that feel doable again. This YouTube channel is here to share the mindset shifts, systems, and tiny changes that make a massive difference when you live with ADHD.
