Quick Build Guide:
No eternity needed, eternity is only for QoL, Kraken is top tier for fast clearing in high tier maps, due to mobs have insane hp, swap helm for boss if needed

Precise Cast when channeling (pCWC) is needed for this build to work
The build works by stacking as much Focus/Agility blessing (very important)on gear/slates along with spell burst and cast speed
The build works at medium investment range (700+ Fe):
- Slates with Blessing mods: own additional Focus/Aglility, maximum Focus/Agility
- One Slate with Maximum Spell Burst
- One slate with 4% cast speed per agility blessing (important do not skip)
- Penetrating Pedigree, or Hair-trigger at lower budget
- And own/maximum blessings on gear (don't have to be t0)
- Get as much cdr/cast speed as possible to scale Play Safe (100% inc/dec cast speed apply to Spell burst recharge)
- Relic/Memory is HUGE damage ( each relic/memory give 50% MORE damage at t1)
