HYBRID LFT-D/GMT LINE

Components such as engine compartment shields or tank, tunnel and rear silencer covers require additional mechanical properties. Such thermoplastic, long-fiber-reinforced parts, can be upgraded with additional reinforcements. Reinforcements can be, for example, organic sheets, UD tapes, nonwovens and many other endless reinforcements. One condition is preheating before pressing. This process step is realized by a hot air oven, which is another production cell so far. Increase your efficiency and produce such components within one production cell.
