This video is about Gollinger wasserfall and Golling an der Salzach city, situated in Austria, in the state of Salzburg in the mountain group Göllgruppe in the Berchtesgaden Alps. It is a two-stage waterfall with a total height of 75 m.The waterfall is located on the Schwarzbach stream, which springs from a huge karst spring in the Schwarzbachfall-Höhle cave at an altitude of 660 m. The water temperature is 5-6 °C all year round. The yield of the spring varies considerably from 20-30 l/s in winter and in dry periods up to 15,000 - 20,000 l/s in periods of extreme long-term precipitation. It has been speculated that this system is linked to Lake Königsee in the Bavarian Berchtegaden Alps, but this connection has not been proven despite all surveysThe upper stage of the waterfall falls from the cave into a giant water cauldron, from where it flows under a natural rock-bridge. The lower stage is 25 meters high and the falling water is sprayed into the fan. The entire waterfall is accessible by a system of steel footbridges, bridges and stairs that lead to the spring cave.
