After her baccalaureate in 2008, Nada Belkebir joined AUI in Spring 2009. Nada enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management Science in 2013, and continued with a master’s degree at AUI, in Sustainable Energy Management in 2015. Before completing her master’s degree, Nada started teaching physics and electric circuits at the School of Science and Engineering. She enjoyed that a lot, so decided to enrol in research and stayed in Ifrane. She kept teaching and doing research and got her first research project with the region of Fes-Meknès. After four years in academics, Nada decided that she needed a change, so she moved to Agadir, in January 2019, and since then, she works as an energy efficiency and renewable energies engineer.

Nada’s experience at AUI took 10 years, she arrived there at 17 years old and left at 27. ‘Truth to be said, AUI made me the woman I am today. It taught me how to be strong and independent. I had some great professors, who believed in me and pushed me to always go further. I was there as an undergraduate student, then a graduate student then as a researcher and a professor, so I guess that I didn't miss any chance to learn from the university, my home, for 10 years.’
