Far from being a conventional mobile home, it is a wooden jewel filled with warmth, romance, and unique details that elevate small living into something extraordinary.

At first glance, Marguerite looks like a cabin in the woods, with its raw wooden textures and unpainted finish celebrating the natural beauty of timber. Step inside, and you’re immediately greeted by an airy, light-filled interior. The glazed entrance and oversized gable window above the picture window make the lounge feel much larger than it is, while also inviting nature directly inside. This signature feature blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors, offering uninterrupted views and enhancing the home’s serene connection with its surroundings.

The lounge is the heart of Marguerite. A built-in bench doubles as a storage unit with three large drawers, and it can even transform into a one-person bed. The space is enhanced with floating shelves, decorative greenery, and an overall cozy atmosphere. A foldable table sits in the transition area between lounge and kitchen, big enough for three people, serving not only as a dining spot but also as a home office when needed.

The kitchen is compact yet practical. Traditional lower cabinets, open compartments, and a mini fridge built into a storage unit maximize space efficiency. Above the counter, floating shelves replace bulky cabinets, preserving an open feel. Cooking essentials are kept within reach without overcrowding the interior, and a horizontal window ensures proper ventilation.

Above the kitchen and bathroom lies the loft bedroom, designed to accommodate two people. The loft is simple yet inviting, with a built-in headboard that doubles as a nightstand and handcrafted shelving units that also act as a partial safety wall. Cleverly designed, the decorative railing resembles a traditional house fence, adding both function and rustic charm.

The bathroom, though small, is fully equipped. It features an 80x80 cm shower stall, composting toilet, and a sink. Modest and practical, it maintains the home’s eco-friendly ethos while offering modern-day convenience.

Sustainability plays a major role in Marguerite’s design. Tiny Dome partners with local suppliers to source certified wood and uses natural insulation materials, resulting in a home that is both environmentally responsible and energy-efficient. With insulation as thick as 10 cm in the floor and 1.5 cm in the roof and walls, the house is well-prepared for seasonal changes, ensuring warmth in winter and coolness in summer.

What makes Marguerite special is not luxury in the conventional sense, but luxury in its purest, most soulful form. Its simplicity, hand-crafted furniture, and clever use of space embody a minimalist philosophy that values quality, sustainability, and emotional comfort over excess.

Even the price reflects this balance. Depending on length and features, a turnkey Tiny Dome home like Marguerite ranges between €45,000 and €72,000. Not only is it more affordable than many upscale mobile homes, but it also keeps utility bills low thanks to its energy-efficient design.
