Скачать или смотреть Finally! Skyrim Time! Mod testing and ENB tweaking has begun (100 mods installed - many more to go).

I have finally obtained a new gaming PC. It is nothing amazing, but it should be able to get the job done just fine so that I can finally play Skyrim modded to a pretty extreme degree. This is a series of snippets from a 1.5-hour session of testing various mods and fine-tuning Culminated ENB for Cathedral Weathers.

00:00 - Interior shadows and particle lighting is go! New idle animation also working (Vanargand idle animations), texture mods seen here include Skyrim 2020 Parallax, WiZKiD Parallax Imperial Forts, Tempered Skin, and Rustic Clothing.
00:33 - Combination of Cathedral Landscapes, Northern Cathedral Regional Grass, Skyrim Flora Overhaul, and Flora by Mari is looking nice, but when ENB is turned off it becomes obvious how overly saturated the colors are, so that had to be tweaked to bring them to a more realistic level.
05:30 - Heading into the mod configuration menu to turn off the unnecessary Cathedral Weather config spell, turn on the Cathedral Weather seasonal effects, turn off the ETaC smelters so they don't conflict with the ones from JK's Skyrim, and turn off the oblivion gates in Open Cities since I believe after 200 years people would have removed all remnants of them from the cities.
06:20 - Vanargand Walk and Run animations are good.
06:53 - Hello modded Riverwood! Riverwood Forest, JK's Skyrim, ETaC, and Riverwood Bridge House preliminary testing is looking good.
08:17 - Exterior skin lighting in severe need of adjustment. Sub-surface scattering and ambient occlusion needed to be tweaked to ensure people don't look like their skin is made out of white wax.
23:33 - Shit did I really spend 15 minutes futzing with those settings?!?!?! Watch I'll probably end up not even keeping this ENB and switch to a different one before the week is up. Oh hey look at the new bridge! Now Riverwood actually has a bridge over the RIVER made of WOOD. ;)
Some nice views though... maybe I will end up keeping this ENB after all.
24:18 - The Covered Bridges and Skyrim's Dead modules from The People of Skyrim 2 are blending in just fine with Dark's Whiterun Market, which is blending in fine with JK's Skyrim as well. Oh, and Leviathan Sprinting animations are working and there are no problems switching from them to the Vanargand running animations and vice-versa.
25:50 - Whiterun's door from Glorious Doors is looking great, and now for the big test... Open Cities with JK's Skyrim AND Capital Whiterun Expansion? Well the game doesn't crash upon entering the city so that's a step in the right direction! Also seen here is Skyland Whiterun textures with custom yellow roof tiles.
26:30 - Okay looks like skin still needs some work since now people are looking a little too sunburnt. Back to tweaking the sub-surface scattering to balance things out better. I THINK this concludes the ENB setup now. We'll see.
