As part of a housing provider’s energy-efficiency upgrade programme, Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd replaced an ageing Mitsubishi Electric air source heat pump and vented hot-water cylinder at a property in Christchurch.

Our engineers installed a Vaillant aroTHERM Plus 3.5 kW air source heat pump with upgraded pipework, smart sensoCOMFORT controls, and improved insulation, all fully commissioned to MCS standards (2024).

The result is a quiet, efficient, and future-proof heating system providing reliable comfort, lower running costs, and reduced carbon emissions.
