In this video, I take you through how to configure the Interval Timer app to create a preset program to Bake sourdough bread, starting from an already-proofed loaf through to cooling off the finished loaf.

Setting it up will make it easy and remind you of what steps to do and at the exact right time! Multi-task all you want-- the timer will have your back!

The steps (if you want to copy & paste) are:
Place Dutch oven inside cool oven. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Remove dough from refrigerator, score dough, place in Dutch oven and cover.
turn oven down to 450 degrees, Bake, covered with Dutch oven lid
Remove dutch oven lid, finish baking bread uncovered.
remove from oven and place bread on a cooling rack. let that shiht cool, yo!
okay, you can eat your 🍞 now.
