Electric Tone Poem

For today's music, something completely different.

I have not been working with my electronic music tools very much lately, and so I thought it was time to sit down and begin to remember what they were and how I like to use them. Typically that use falls into a couple of categories-- more abstract sound-design stuff and more upbeat, arp-and-pulse-driven music that strives for melodic-centric writing. Here I've tried to combine the two as a writing exercise.

Now, excuse me while I go update a bunch of software that was screaming at me during the composition process that it was time to download new versions :)....
