先後隨官鋒忠、季昭華教練等傳習劉雲樵先生藝。

其先後任警隊霹靂小組，特勤等特殊攻堅執勤單位洗鍊
加之性格堅毅執著，苦練劉門大槍、八尺棍
廣交武友，來者不拒，驗證所學

因而對李書文、劉雲樵一脈之八極拳
從槍功、棍法中化出拳勁拳著的應用體系
有深刻體悟。

是近代繼李書文以降
能實際將槍勁棍勁，結合在徒手技擊上的少數武師
