Normally kvass is a fermented drink made from rye, malt or similar.
But in this recipe we use rhubarb to make this wonderful fermented drink.


You will need:

7 dl small cut rhubarb
1 liter lukewarm water
lemon peel from 1 organic lemon
2-4 tbsp lemon juice from that organic lemon
4 tbsp honey, preferably unpasteurised
