Starting 2026 the right way 🏃‍♀️✨
A slow, steady, and meaningful Sunday morning run.

The first thing we did today was wish each other good morning, share some love, and push one another to step out for a healthy start to the day. This was our first run of 2026, and after a long break, we decided to keep it simple and real.

We completed 2 km at a slightly slower pace — but honestly, it felt perfect for a first run of the year. While running, we also stopped by for our community medicine posting work, checking and signing the cold chain freezer temperature records for the day.

After finishing the run, we came back to our hostels , had some fresh pineapple 🍍, and looked forward to a beautiful day ahead.
