Stopped twice by bears that didn't see me. - Yellowstone National Park

Описание к видео Stopped twice by bears that didn't see me. - Yellowstone National Park

This was a early morning hike to spot wildlife on the Fawn Pass trail. At the 4 mile mark I saw the first bear (grizzly) up in front of me on the trail. The conditions were good enough that I was able to spend a couple minutes observing this grizzly digging and having a great time. I then headed off-trail over to Fan creek because I would be unable to go any further on Fawn Pass with that grizzly on the trail. The Fan Creek water was too high to cross so I remained off-trail hiking up the south side of the creek when I saw another bear (black bear) up in front of me and coming my direction. I was able to spend a couple minutes watching this bear before I had to leave.
