Mark was recently featured as Episode 1 on Jack Canfield’s new TV show, Talking About Success. Mark graduated summa cum laude from university, has received numerous high-level corporate awards and holds a United States patent.

The foundation of my approach is the simple application of measurement, analysis, and the scientific method to understand the current performance of a business and then to use that understanding to plan a path forward to improvement.

I combine the more traditional process improvement methodologies with my research and understanding of how the power of individual and organizational thought really make or break business performance. As we think, so shall we experience.

I think it important to utilize simple measurement and analysis tools to help guide a business along their continuous improvement journey. I have a data-based approach to engaging the power of thought, a simple cyclical approach to continuous improvement, and I utilize the change equation developed by David Gleichner to help businesses understand what it takes to really make change happen. I believe that if you don't understand how things work, you will not be able to understand how to drive improvement.

So your audience will receive a simple approach and roadmap to process improvement that they can apply to business as well as in their personal life. I don't over-complicate things. I always like to say that all you need to have to make improvement happen is a crayon and a napkin to track data which is required to understand your processes. No fancy tools are required. They are nice to have but not necessary. So your listeners will walk away with an idea of what they can immediately do to begin their own personal process improvement journey."
