Many christian don't understand or care to understand the difference. Many think that talk of spiritual abuse is overrated and a "non" thing. But it is real and it is like any other trauma, something that comes from safe places being taken away. The world no longer seems that same and that person's world view often has been permanently changed.

This channel is about my journey from minister in an extreme church group that I joined at the age of 19, back to the real world. I'm a Christian that is free to explore my spirituality. I spent over 30 years in extreme religious circles and understand the thought patterns and the brainwashing that happens.
