I use this batter for both Dosa and Idli. It turns put really nice.

The measurements I took for the batter is 3:2.
3 portion of rice and 2 portion of Urid dal soaked together in the morning and grinned in the evening. Left it to ferment that night and in the fridge next morning.

Thanks to Ninja this time the batter was ready in a minute :)
