It is said that cigarette smoking is injurious to health but addiction of Indian TV serials is no less injurious than any powerful drug or alcohol addiction. Most of the females in our country spend their leisure time by watching these serials and are so much obsessed towards these serials. The addiction to Indian TV serials have tremendously increased. Most of the females in our country spend there leisure time by watching these serials. They are so much addicted with these serials that they keep on thinking over the incidents happened in the serials again and again even after the episode gets over. Sometimes they get so emotional that they think over the problems happened in the serials again and again and even reach a conclusion as to what will happen in the next episode.
These serials are unrealistic and are never ending which affects peoples mentality greatly..Most of the times what happens is that they install the notions shown in the serials in their own lives which is really dangerous and ultimately giving rise to problems in there own families. Under such circumstances it is very important to get rid of this addiction soon.

TIPS TO GET RID OF THIS ADDICTION:
Firstly, Accept yourself that you are addicted toward these serials...Accept that there is a problem only then you can find a solution for the same.
Secondly, Try to miss out on two or three episodes, ultimately, you will loose interest and gradually you will stop having this addiction.
Thirdly, If it still doesn't work ,Unsubscribe from that channel.
Finally, Challenge yourself that you are not going to watch these serials anymore wasting your time anymore, instead you do other productive things in your life which will actually add value to your lives.
