Jacob Tower on Characterization of the Eiffel Tower in Charfashion

The construction of the highest watch tower of the sub-continent, built in the shape of the Eiffel Tower in Bhola, has been completed. On 16 January, President Abdul Hamid will inaugurate the tower. Charfashion Municipality is implementing this watch tower project funded by local government ministry. Architect Kamruzzaman Liton designed the tower. Its work began in February 2013.
The 215 feet height of this watch tower is 75 feet above ground level, with a complete steel structure on 70 stone welding pilings foundation. 8-dimensional earthquake tolerant tower, along with stairs to the top of the tower, as well as 16 sophisticated capsules lift. The deputy minister said that this watch tower will be introduced with the help of the world famous Eiffel Tower, which will give different identity to Bhola with Charfashion. He also said that echopark has been developed in the surrounding forests of Char Kakri-Mukri, Dhalchar and surrounding areas to utilize the development potential of this tower.
