Where to get all weapons for Tifa (excluding what the character has when you first gain access to them)

Each of these weapons have their own special ability which can be mastered by using said ability as well as completing the weapon's proficiency bonus.

Through mastering the ability, you will be able to use it for that character regardless of the weapon you are using.

Below it states what chapter you can redeem the special gear and if there are any special requirements to obtain the gear.
