Here is a video of me testing my Weber "5F2H" harmonica amplifier with several different microphones and using a few different key harmonicas. The 5F2H is a great-sounding little harp amp. It usually comes with a 10" speaker and a slightly smaller cabinet, but this particular one has a 12" Mojotone speaker and a 5E3-sized cabinet. I pulled off the ugly snakeskin tolex that was on it, so right noe the cabinet is just dirty bare wood with adhesive goo on it.

It's pretty easy to dial in a classic Chicago blues sound with the 5F2H. There are only volume and tone controls, and I found that the amp works great either with the volume cranked and the tone relatively low, or the volume low and the tone cranked up. The tone setting seems to sound best over 8, and the sound seems to get a bit thicker/fatter when the volume is above 7 or so.

This amp seems to give a little less "crunch" than my Mission Delta Sonic, but I like it a lot. I can usually use this amp un-mic'ed at low volume gigs. For louder gigs I often use a Kendrick AFB+ pedal with it or the Lone Wolf Harp-Tone+ and the Lone Wold Harp Delay.

Mics used:

Turner 252 mic with black-label controlled reluctance element;
Astatic T-3 with controlled magnetic element;
Electro-Voice 605 with original element; and
JT-30 with MC-151 crystal element.
