Try these eggless ragi banana and oats cookies made with the goodness of dry fruits.
I have used brown sugar that can be easily substituted with jaggery or sugar. Coarsely ground oats can also be substituted with whole wheat flour
📝 Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup desi khand, 1/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup Ragi flour (finger millet flour)
1/4 cup oats
¼ tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla esance
A pinch of salt
Chopped chocolate chunks
👩🍳 Recipe:
1) In a mixing bowl, whisk together butter and desi khand powder until smooth and creamy.and add mashed banana.
2) Add ragi flour, oats flour, baking soda, cardamom powder, and salt to the bowl.
3) Mix and knead gently to form a soft dough.
4) keep the batter into the fridge for atleast 20 mins.
5) Divide into small portions, roll into balls, and flatten slightly to give them a cookie shape.
6) Top each with chopped chocolate chunks.
7) Place on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
8) Let them cool, and enjoy your crunchy, healthy ragi cookies!
