Pulp - (Grandfather's Nursery - Demo)

Описание к видео Pulp - (Grandfather's Nursery - Demo)

This gorgeous demo was recorded in January 2000 during sessions that would eventually produce Pulp's final album to date, We Love Life, released in 2001.

Why it was not included in the album I don't know (I think it would have fitted in nicely). It was produced by Chris Thomas who was responsible for producing the bands most successful album 'Different Class' and its follow up 'This is Hardcore' as well as the two B sides produced for 'We Love Life', 'Yesterday' and 'Forever in my Dreams' before the producer mantle was handed over to the capable hands of the legendary Scott Walker.

Pulp's long term touring member, the equally legendary Richard Hawley (now successful for his solo albums) wrote the guitar riff for this song. Sadly it received a limited release first as a free MP3 download in late 2002 shortly before the band went into hiatus, and later in a extremely rare and now out of print compilation album of various artists entitled "100% Sinnamon" (correct spelling) in 2005.

Thought it was about time it was uploaded for all to enjoy!
