Sanjay Rath introduces concepts of creation according to the philosophy laid out by sage Parāśara in Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra. It is traditionally taught after the planets and other concepts due to the complexity and depth of the ideas contained, though given here as an introduction. Please see Chapter 1 of Freedom Cole's Science of Light Volume 2 for a more complete exposition of these ideas and their relation to Vedic Astrology.
