Bombay ice halwa is a traditional recipe originated from Mahim, mumbai. Here in this video we prepared ice halwa from semolina (sooji).

Ingredients :
¼ cup = ghee
3½ cup = Sugar
¼ cup = Wheat Flour
1 cup = Milk
1 pinch = yellow food colour
5-6 drop = Rose Essence
Some Finely chopped pistachios and almonds
Saffron
(here you have to take one spoon of your choice to measure all the things. )
